In the August GlossyBox I received the Phillip Kingsley Elasticizer, I couldn’t wait to receive this item as I heard so much about it before hand. It was a sneak peek item and I think its one everyone received. The rest of the box I found quite disappointing as it was just standard products so decided not to do a reveal on this particular box even if it was their birthday box.
The first thing that drew me to this product was that it was originally created specifically for screen icon Audrey Hepburn, who wouldn’t be intrigued by that, I am a huge fan of her films and her style so its almost like having a piece of her beauty knowledge to have a product that was designed just for her.
This pre-shampoo treatment gives unrivalled elasticity, manageability, bounce and shine. All this without weighing down or coating your hair hair and it can be used by all hair types. Just wet your hair, add the treatment, sit with a towel or shower cap on your hair for 10-20 mins depending on your hair type and then shampoo and condition as normal.
I have never found a hair product that lives up to all it says it will do so perfectly as this product. With the first use their was so much vitality and movement to my hair. To the touch it was silky soft and still is numerous washes down the line. It works perfectly with the rockabilly, 50s look for curls with bounce and shine.
A definite buy and worth its cost as you’ll feel every inch the movie star. Full Size £ 38 for 250ml.
A Sunday night with no kids and hoping to go out somewhere nice with the other half. I’m hoping a romantic meal but either way I have plenty of time to get ready as the other half is still stuck in work. What better way to relax and get in the mood for a great evening than doing my favourite pin up girl look. Nude eye shadow, black eyeliner with a flick and red lips. This time I went for a Dita Von Teese inspired look with minimum products but maximum results. Here is what I used:

As the rain is pouring down outside I’m hoping we’ve got a few sunny days ahead so me and the family can go swimming. I bought a new 2 piece spotty bather a couple of months ago and now Im gutted as Ive found an even better one. George has this beautiful 50’s Inspired runched spotty swimsuit and all I can think is I want!
Perfect for a holiday abroad, a trip down the seaside or the local swimming pool.
And if red is a little more daring than you want, how about the same swimsuit but in Black?
Which ever you go for you can’t go far wrong for £12 🙂 x
